These Terms and Conditions outline the use of our website and the agreement for services provided by Body Fuse Ltd. By accessing the website or booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
Body Fuse is a nurse-led wellness service providing structured weight management, IV nutrient therapy, and clinical guidance tailored to individual health goals. Led by a qualified nurse prescriber, the service combines safe prescribing, infusion support, and lifestyle review to promote real, sustainable results. Our mission is to offer accountable, clinically guided programmes that empower individuals in their metabolic health journey.

- All information on this site is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute personal medical advice.

- Our services are only provided following a clinical consultation, assessment, and approval by a qualified nurse prescriber.

Eligibility Criteria
To ensure safe and effective participation, all clients must meet the following criteria:
Inclusion Criteria

- Aged 30 to 55 years old
- BMI of 27+ with relevant co-morbidity or BMI 30+ without co-morbidity
- Committed to engaging with a structure nurse-led programme
- Willing to attend regular reviews and complete self-injections as directed.
- Not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the programme
- Able to provide a full medical history and consent to treatment
- May be required to complete baseline blood tests depending on tier
Exclusion Criteria

- Under the age of 30 or over the age of 55
- History of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2
- Significant uncontrolled medical or psychiatric conditions
- Use of another weight loss medication in the last 3 months
- Known allergy or sensitivity to GLP-1 receptor agonists
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant

Consultation and Prescribing Process
- All clients must undergo a full consultation with a nurse prescriber before any medication is dispensed.
- Repeat prescribing or dose escalation is never automatic and will only occur after appropriate clinical reviews.
- Dose adjustments are based on clinical judgement, side effect monitoring, and programme tier.
- You agree to attend reviews at the frequency outlined in your chosen programme tier (Reset, Rebuild, or Sustain).
Programme Payments and Refunds
- Payments must be made in advance for each month or as agreed in a payment plan.
- Prescription medication costs are non-refundable once supplied.
- No refunds will be given for unused or partially used services unless required by law.
- If you withdraw or are deemed unsuitable for treatment, fees may still apply to cover time, consultation, and dispensing costs.
Complaints Policy
We aim to provide exceptional service. If you are dissatisfied:
- Step 1: Contact us via email with your concern.
- Step 2: We will acknowledge within 48 hours and investigate.
- Step 3: A formal response will be sent within 7 working days.
If unresolved, you may escalate your concern to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Informed Consent
- All clients will be fully informed of the risks, benefits, and limitations of their treatment before starting the programme.
- Consent will be obtained before administering any IV therapy or prescribing any medication.
- Clients may withdraw consent at any time, in which case treatment will be discontinued safely.
- Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure continued suitability and understanding of the treatment plan.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information during your consultation and updates
- Follow guidance on medication usage, infusion safety, and aftercare
- Attend all scheduled reviews and respond to contact from your nurse
- Avoid using medications or treatments outside of your prescribed plan
- Immediately report any adverse effects or concerns
Failure to comply may result in withdrawal from the programme for your safety.
Privacy and Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and comply fully with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

- You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data

- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site or programme without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- While we take every step to ensure your safety and satisfaction, BodyFuse Ltd is not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed health conditions, non-compliance, or misuse of services.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
