Each tier of the Weight Reset Method™ is delivered as a structured 3-month plan. Most clients begin to see meaningful results within the first 4–6 weeks. You can continue with further 3-month cycles if needed, especially at the Sustain level which offers the most advanced support.
Blood testing is optional in the Reset tier but included at baseline in Rebuild, and both baseline and follow-up in Sustain. Tests include HbA1c, kidney/liver function, cholesterol, and nutritional markers. They ensure prescribing is safe and tailored to your needs.
All tiers include professional nurse support. Communication methods vary depending on your tier — from email in Reset to full WhatsApp and phone access in Sustain. You’ll also receive structured reviews depending on your plan to ensure safe prescribing and accountability.
